We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver your shoot:
- Details you give us — name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, event type, date, venue and any message you send through our forms, calls or chats.
- Booking and payment details — the package you choose, advance and balance payments. Card or UPI credentials are handled by your bank or payment provider, not stored by us.
- Photos and videos — images and footage we capture at your event, and any reference material you share.
- Technical data — basic information such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics.
03How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, check availability and send you a quote.
- To plan, photograph, film, edit and deliver your gallery, films and albums.
- To manage bookings, payments and communication about your event.
- To improve our website and services, and to keep them secure.
- To send occasional updates about our work, only where you have agreed to receive them.
04Photos and videos of your event
Your photographs and films are personal to you. We deliver them to you and keep a backup copy for the period described below.
We would love to feature your story in our portfolio, website, social media and print material. We will only do so as set out in your booking agreement, and you can ask us at any time to exclude a shoot or specific images from public use — [mention opt-out method at booking].
Where a shoot includes children, we ask for a parent or guardian’s consent before using any images publicly.
07How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Booking records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes. Raw and edited files are archived for [X] months after delivery, after which they may be deleted. Portfolio images remain in use until you ask us to remove them.
08How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — such as access controls and secure storage — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your information, or stop using your images publicly;
- stop sending you marketing messages — use the unsubscribe option or just tell us.
